Between May and July I carefully cut away the dry branches and leaves of the coffee
plant. This keeps them healthy and the cherries too. And healthy cherries make excellent
beans make great coffee.

Fine teas from Tanzania and Uganda provide body and a distinctive rosy colour.
We then blend them with Kenyan leaves, specially chosen for their fresh, delicate flavours.
